A Personal Coach uses inquiry, reflection, requests and discussion to help you identify personal goals, relationship goals, develop strategies and action plans intended to achieve your goals.
A Personal Coach acts as a human mirror for you by sharing an outside and unbiased perspective on what they are observing about you.

Business Consultations - Business Consultations: Jolie Lucas, LCSW, has extensive experience helping business solve problems with communication, flow, business practices and marketing. She has worked with businesses in Oregon, Washington, and California.
Her experience includes medical facilities, private practices, communications companies, wellness centers, schools and non-profit organizations. She has specific experience in helping business realize best business practices.

Presentations - Jolie Lucas, LCSW has a wide variety of experience presenting topics of interest to community groups, corporations, schools, and individuals.
Topics include: Following Your Dream, Making an Authentic Life, Parenting, Communication, Stress Management, Team Building, Foundations of Private Psychotherapy Practice, Assessment of Depression, and Issues in Middle Life, Brain differences, community organization, Aviation, Aviation Advocacy and more.
Fee Schedule
2023 Fee Scale, All Locations
Fees vary according to service provided and length of time in session. Here are our basic fees, please speak to your clinician should you have any questions.
Psychotherapy Fees:
Intake/Diagnostic Interview: $190.00.
Follow-up sessions: $165.00 [40-48 minutes] $170 [60-70 minutes].
Telephone consultations; report writing and crisis work are all billed at $170.00 per hour.
A fee of $170.00 is charged for all sessions that are not canceled with 24-hour notice. In cases where there is less than 24-hour notice, call the office immediately. If you can be rescheduled within the same week, you will not be charged the missed session fee, but there will be a $10.00 rescheduling fee applied to your account. We accept cash, checks, credit cards and money orders.
Discounted Fee Scale:
The discounted fee scale is available for clients who either don’t have medical insurance covering mental health services, or those who do not wish to access their benefits. The scale is based on ability to pay. Proof of income is required for placement on the discounted fee scale. Discounted Fee Scale range, 60 minute individual session $125-$170
Personal Coaching Fees:
$215 per hour, in-person, telephone, or Internet services. $215 plus mileage for on-site coaching [at the client's home or office].

$215 per hour plus expenses [mileage, lodging, meals] Two-hour minimum required. Audiovisual equipment to be provided by the site. Reprographics of materials completed by the site.

Telehealth Consent
When considering telehealth for psychotherapy there are inherent risks. The following is the consent necessary for telehealth.
I agree to receive health care services via telehealth. I understand that:
a.I have the right to access services through an in-person, face-to-face visit or through telehealth.
b.The use of telehealth is voluntary, and I may withdraw my consent to, or stop receiving services through telehealth at any time without affecting my ability to access services in the future.
c.There may be limitations or risks related to receiving services through telehealth as compared to an in-person visit. For example: rare risk of telehealth hack through secure portal.
2.I have read this consent carefully, understand the potential limitations and risks of receiving services via telehealth, and have had my questions answered to my satisfaction.
